You say you are a "Custom Home Builder," just how custom are you?

At Bacon Custom Homes, everything is truly custom. We start with a blank sheet of paper and design based on your specific wants and needs. Every piece of home design is open to your imagination. We can change layouts, architectural design, trim, finishes, and more. This doesn't just stop at the house. We frequently carry that custom theme to the rest of the property to provide stunning backyards, out-buildings, gated entryways and more.

I've never done this before and I don't know what floorplan I would like, can you help me?

Of course! We have hundreds of floor plans from past projects that we can reference as a starting point for your build. From there, we can take that plan and turn it into your dream home.

I want to get a feel for what my future home will look like. How do we do that since every design is unique?

We can provide mock-ups & renders for stone, siding, paint finishes, and more to give you a true to life feel of exactly how your dream house will look.

What size homes do you build? Is there a maximum or minimum price or size?

While most of our home fall between 2,500 & 5,000 square feet, there is no limit to the size of dwelling we build beyond what local rules allow. Whether you are looking to design your dream mansion or want to create a scenic cottage, we are equipped to handle any job.

What if I want to make a change during the build?

We understand that over time your vision may change. We are happy to accommodate design changes for items not yet ordered at no cost. Items already ordered or structural changes may incur additional costs but we will always do our best to modify the plans to fit your requirements.

Are there standard features for your designs?

Yes, we do have a number of items we consider as "standard features" which we feel strike the best balance between value and quality. We also have a list of optional upgrades we consider must-have's (check out the awesome sliding glass wall on the picture above!)
