Jim Watson
Project Manager
Jim has over 25 years of experience in the building trades, highlighted by 10 years as a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. Jim has worked as a business agent throughout North and South Carolina directly overseeing commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Jim has years of experience with a variety of residential projects including log homes, Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) structures, masonry, and conventional homes. Jim is also certified in commercial high-rise construction project management, roofing, interior systems, millwork, and scaffolding. As the lead project manager, Jim's diverse background and multiple certifications ensure that every facet of your new home is executed by the book with safety, quality, and satisfaction as top priorities.
Caleb Bacon

Caleb is proudly following in his father’s footsteps, continuing the vision that began when their family moved to Mooresville. Since the age of 14, he has been on job sites, learning every aspect of the trade and building a deep knowledge of what it takes to create not just any house, but the perfect custom home. When he’s not pushing for victory at the racetrack, Caleb is back on site—reviewing plans, fine-tuning details, and working alongside skilled craftsmen to ensure each project meets the highest standards. His dedication to precision, whether behind the wheel or behind a blueprint, reflects a passion for excellence in everything he builds.
